Terms of use for Betting Company personnel

The BetStop - the National Self-Exclusion Register™ service is provided on behalf of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).

By using the service, you attest that you have been authorised to do so as an employee, contractor, or service provider of a licensed interactive wagering service provider.

Separate Service Provider Terms address terms of provision by the Register operator and use by each phone and/or online betting company (Service Provider) of ability to run queries of the service.

By having an account, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy which explains how the Register operator collects and handles personal information.

It is important that you know and follow your responsibilities. If you do not comply with the responsibilities set out in these terms of use, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.

By clicking I agree and so agreeing to these Terms and then accessing the service, you agree:

to only access the service, and use results of queries, for the purpose of allowing a Service Provider to comply with its obligations under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 and in accordance with the Service Provider Terms,
to keep your credentials secure and confidential and not allow anyone else to use them,
that Register operator will monitor uses of your credentials to access the service and may share access logs and other details as to your activities relating to the service with the ACMA, the Service Provider, and as otherwise required by law and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
